Voya contrasts bold, geometric forms with an interior defined by natural materials and structural clarity. The street facade pairs a dual-gabled profile with contrasting cladding and a vertical timber batten screen, while the rear opens via expansive glass doors to a pool. Inside, the design relies on custom timber joinery and distinct curved stone profiles across the kitchen island, a floating living room plinth, and the bathroom vanity. Vaulted upstairs ceilings and large black-framed windows maximise natural light while precisely framing views of the surrounding greenery.
