Imbocco - Camp Hill Brisbane
Located in Brisbane’s south-east, this new build — known as Imbocco — brings together clarity, comfort, and considered design. Positioned in a quiet pocket of Camp Hill, the home is crafted for modern living, with rooftop views, spacious interiors, and indoor–outdoor flow. It’s a space designed for families and professionals alike — those who value calm, connection, and lifestyle.
Just minutes from Whites Hill Reserve, the home enjoys close access to parklands, sports fields, and natural bushland walking tracks. Whether it’s morning walks, weekend picnics, or after-school activities, the surrounding area supports an active outdoor lifestyle. Nearby, Camp Hill Marketplace and local shopping centres offer easy access to everyday essentials, fresh produce, and boutique retailers. Quality schools, cafes, and dining options are also within easy reach — making the location feel connected without compromising on peace and privacy.
From the street, Imbocco presents with quiet strength. Vertical timber screening creates movement and filtered light across the facade, softening the bold form and offering a layer of privacy. This detail responds to the subtropical environment while giving the home its own rhythm. The exterior reads as both confident and understated — a balance of presence and place.
Inside, the design focuses on natural materials, warmth, and light. The kitchen is positioned at the centre of the home, designed to support everyday living and social connection. A curved marble island becomes the sculptural heart of the space, offering integrated seating for casual meals or conversations. Custom timber joinery adds functionality and softness, while high-end appliances are discreetly built into the cabinetry to maintain a clean, refined look.
The open-plan living and dining area flows effortlessly from the kitchen. A neutral palette keeps the atmosphere calm and inviting, while timber flooring adds tactile comfort underfoot. Generous sliding doors open wide to the backyard, encouraging cross ventilation and allowing daylight to move freely through the home.
Outside, a covered alfresco area extends the living space, complete with BBQ facilities and room for relaxed dining or entertaining. Whether it’s a quiet weekend lunch or a gathering of friends, this outdoor zone is built for flexibility. The alfresco overlooks a swimming pool and low-maintenance landscaping, providing privacy without feeling closed in. It’s a practical layout that supports year-round use — especially in Brisbane’s warm climate.
Bathrooms throughout the home echo the same refined aesthetic. Natural textures, dual vanities, and brushed fixtures create spaces that feel elevated yet grounded. The master ensuite is designed as a retreat, offering generous proportions and soft finishes that turn everyday routines into moments of calm.
Upstairs, the floor plan has been designed to flex and evolve. It includes additional bedrooms, a second living area, and long views across neighbouring rooftops. This level caters to growing families, shared households, or professionals working from home — with thoughtful zoning that allows everyone to find their own space.
The inclusion of dedicated storage, layered materials, and soft lighting throughout the home enhances both its visual and practical appeal. Every choice was made with liveability in mind — materials that age well, layouts that support flow, and details that feel intentional.
As part of the broader Camp Hill community, Imbocco benefits from its surroundings as much as it enhances them. Close to schools, public transport, and recreational spaces, the home is ideally positioned for daily convenience. The nearby shopping centre and sports fields bring together lifestyle and practicality — whether it's grocery runs, school drop-offs, or Saturday sport, everything is close at hand.
This project was brought to life in collaboration with Innovative Design & Build Group and was proudly recognised in the 2023 Master Builders Awards for homes in the $1–2M category. It also featured on Channel 9’s Australia’s Best House, showcasing its thoughtful balance of design detail, family functionality, and flexibility for modern life.
At its core, Imbocco represents Invilla’s approach to contemporary residential design: grounded in place, elevated in experience, and made to last. It’s a confident addition to the fabric of Camp Hill — a home shaped by people, purpose, and the rhythms of real life.
