Created in collaboration with Innovative Design & Build Group and Invilla Interiors, the project was conceived to maximise its north-facing orientation, sweeping city views, and generous footprint across a 405-square-metre block.

From the street, the home makes an immediate impression. Its layered facade, symmetrical proportions and architectural presence are softened by rich, textural elements. Cashew Travertine, natural oak accents, and subtle heritage-inspired detailing bring warmth and character to the exterior. The overall effect is a confident home that balances timeless form with a fresh, contemporary tone.

Inside, the entryway is designed to make a statement. A soaring 6.1-metre void draws light deep into the home and sets the stage for the spatial experience that follows. Herringbone oak flooring adds texture underfoot, while classic wainscoting and coffered ceilings introduce a refined, tailored atmosphere. The floorplan opens with intent, guiding movement naturally from the entrance through to the central living zone — a space that feels generous, warm, and deeply connected.
