Sunshine is a residential development at Sunshine Beach: four boutique homes a few minutes' walk from the beach. Each home is arranged vertically across four levels, with screening and gardens woven into every floor, a private pool and garden at the ground, a rooftop terrace facing the ocean, and a lift connecting the journey between them. The materials carry the same coastal calm, European oak underfoot, travertine to the balconies, and natural stone anchoring the kitchen's curved island. It's the same whole-project design thinking we bring to our custom homes, applied to residential development.
