A home on the Sunshine Coast is designed for a subtropical climate, where cross-ventilation and managing heat matter as much as the view. We design homes across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast that are built to be both beautiful and resilient, with the same whole-project approach on every site, from a waterfront renovation to a multi-home development.

Paradise on Peninsula, Noosaville

This Noosa waterfront property began as a postmodern rendered house that didn't use the site or capture the water views. The clients' brief was a resort-style Hamptons home fused with waterside Queenslander charm, delivered under an 8.5m height limit on a block that tapers towards the water. Every room was aligned so each space enjoys a feature outlook or water view, a wrap-around pool became the centrepiece, and the design achieved generous internal ceiling heights within the height limit. Sunshine, Sunshine Beach

Sunshine is a residential development at Sunshine Beach: four boutique homes a few minutes' walk from the beach. Each home is arranged vertically across four levels, with a private pool and garden at the ground, a rooftop terrace facing the ocean, and a lift connecting the levels. It's the same whole-project design thinking we bring to our custom homes, applied to residential development.

Working with us on the Sunshine Coast

Our Sunshine Coast studio is on Hume Pde in Currimundi. Sunshine Coast projects follow the same four stages as every Invilla home: the first conversation, concept design, design development and approvals, and construction documentation.
