Architectural Design

Engaging a residential architect should reduce your risk, not add to it. Our architectural design service takes you from first conversation to construction-ready documentation with a registered architect leading the work, a fixed fee agreed before we start, and decisions made visible (in 3D) before they're locked in.

We study your site first. What it costs

Your fee is fixed before we begin, scaled to the size and complexity of your project. It doesn't move as the design develops, and we'll be straight with you in the very first conversation if your budget and your brief don't yet match.
